Here is how to find the key code and the decoder box serial number:

1 - The key code located in your key:

The key code is located in the key on a label or printed on the electronic card, it consists of 7 characters and starts with the letter P, V, or F.
It is also found in the maintenance booklet of your Renault r19.
You can also provide us with the PIN code, which consists of 4 digits from 1 to 9, by asking your dealer with your registration certificate.
There cannot be a 0 in the PIN code. Note that this is only valid if the decoder box is original to your vehicle.

If you have 2 PIN codes for your vehicle, please indicate both when placing the order.

2 - The serial number of the decoder box located on the passenger side, under the glove box, remove the fuse box, it is just above:
A black box with 2 black connectors (or one blue and one black).
This serial number is of the type: 77 00 XXX XXX
