You can also provide us with the PIN code which consists of 4 digits from 1 to 9 by asking your dealer with your registration certificate.
There cannot be a 0 in the PIN code. Please note that this is only valid if the decoder box is original to your vehicle.

Bonjour , ma centralisation de laguna 1 2.2 d de 94 ne marche plus ... Du coup, elle ne démarre plus à cause de l'antidémarrage ... Renault ne sait plus me fournir le code et il n'y a pas non plus de code dans la clef ... Est ce que vous pouvez désactiver l'antidémarrage dans ses conditions? Merci d'avance pour votre aide. Bonjour, j'ai installé ce produit il y a environ 6 ans il a toujours fonctionné bien jusqu'à récemment. Je l'ai bougé le boitier et il a marché l'autre jour; aujourd'hui non , une heure oui. Est il quelque chose a faire? Je ne retrouve plus le notice. Cordialement .

Il faudrait m'en dire plus sur "Je l'ai bougé le boitier et il a marché l'autre jour; aujourd'hui non , une heure oui", car normalement on ne touche plus au boitier décodeur une fois que le module est installé dedans. Vous pouvez vérifiez que les leds clignotent bien sur le module quand vous mettez le contact. Dites m'en plus par email que je puisse comprendre.
Oui, nous pouvons désactiver l'anti-démirage directement du boîtier décodeur. Pour cela, il faut le démonter et nous l'envoyer par la poste. Si vous n'avez plus le code, c'est la solution la plus simple.
