The key code is located in the key on a label or printed on the electronic card, it consists of 7 characters and starts with the letter P, V, or F.
It is also found in the maintenance booklet of your Renault safrane.
You can also provide us with the PIN code which consists of 4 digits from 1 to 9 by asking your dealer with your registration certificate.
There cannot be a 0 in the PIN code. Please note that this is only valid if the decoder box is original to your vehicle.

If you have 2 PIN codes for your vehicle, please indicate both when placing the order.

2 - The serial number of the decoder box located behind the passenger side dashboard:
A black box with 2 black connectors (or one blue and one black).
This serial number is of the type: 77 00 XXX XXX
